aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. However due to the large range
of products that we offer, we may need to source items from our suppliers to complete
your order. If any item is not in stock it may take anywhere between 2-7 days
to receive from our suppliers (if there are any significant forecast delays, we
will notify you). Please advise our staff by phone or email if your order is
urgent and we will send all ‘in-stock’ items as soon as possible, followed by
the items on back order when they arrive in store.
Your order may be delivered by our own delivery
driver, or external delivery service. Goods will be delivered to the address
nominated by you. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods you will
be contacted, or a card advising of the unsuccessful delivery will be left. You
will then need to arrange travel to the nearest post office/depot to collect
The cut-off time for our same day 4hour delivery
service is 1:00pm. Cut-off time for our next day delivery service is 1:00pm.
Please note that for
large items a physical delivery address will need to be provided. Delivery fees
for large or bulky orders will be quoted on a ‘case by case’ basis, or can be
picked up from our store. Large orders of large items can be sent direct from
our suppliers and may attract a different delivery fee. Delivery fees for
deliveries to regional areas will be quoted on a ‘case by case’ basis
Click and Collect
Click and collect service is
available from our Hornsby store on a weekday during the hours of 8am and 4pm.
