Warranty and Return Policy

Watermatic takes the view that we want our customers to be happy with their buying experience. We will accept any warranty claims and work with our supplier to rectify any defective parts to ensure you are getting the product you expect. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase but will incur a re-stocking fee.

1. Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Item Supplied

If we make an error we will fix it and pay all costs. This includes if we send you the wrong product, or if we have an incorrect photo or product description on our website. We will send you the correct product or refund your money. We will also reimburse you for the freight charges. If an item is delivered faulty or damaged you may elect to have it replaced or refunded. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Warranty Claims

Warranty applies to most items. The warranty period is mostly shown on each item, or available on the manufacturer’s website. If you have a warranty problem during the warranty period please contact us by email.

You are responsible for the return of the item to Watermatic Irrigation.

3. Change of Mind

We will accept Change of Mind returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in original condition and with original undamaged packaging. You will receive a store credit (less a 20% re-stocking fee), which will be applied to any future orders. You are responsible for the return of the item to Watermatic Irrigation.

We will not accept returns for any non-standard items, special order items, items sold by the metre, or items made specifically to Customer specifications.

To initiate a return please contact us at sales@watermatic.com.au with your Job Number and reason for return.
